So many of us lead hectic lives. We can start to feel disconnected from our body, our feelings, our dreams, and our creativity. We can begin to question if there is more to life than the daily grind.
Fortunately, everything you need for a life filled with vibrancy, authenticity, and freedom already exists within you. Sometimes we just need a map or guide to lead us back to our true selves. Chakradance™ is a healing dance practice for the soul that reconnects you to your body’s instincts, reactivates your passion and purpose, transforms emotional blocks, and reawakens your creativity and intuition.
We use spontaneous dance, sound healing music, guided visualization, mandala art, and meditation to journey through your body’s energy centers called chakras. In a candle-lit room, moving with eyes closed, take an inner journey back to your true self and reconnect with your essence, and hear what your soul needs through trusting your body’s wisdom.
No previous dance experience is required, just come and dance your heart out like no one is watching!

GROUP SOULSHOPS & Soulspas
FORMAT
Chakradance Freedom Soulshops are in-person and intimate in size to nurture authentic connection and sharing. They are offered as an introductory experience, or as part of an 8 or 9-week cycle. Each session includes the gift of creating your own mandala artwork and a detailed handout with chakra practices to help you integrate and support your ongoing chakra care. (1.5 - 2 hours)
Chakradance Freedom Soulspas are in-person and intimate in size to nurture authentic connection and sharing. They are offered as an introductory experience. Each session includes the gift of creating your own mandala artwork and a detailed handout with chakra practices to help you integrate and support your ongoing chakra care. After a short break that includes a Samhara™Reiki energy-charged water elixir, oracle cards, and light snacks, group Samhara™ Reiki follows with energy transmission. (3 hours)
PROGRAMS
One Intro to Chakradance™ Freedom Soulshop can be helpful and groundbreaking however it often takes more than one to create change and lasting results. Powerful emotions can arise and continued work with Pollyanna will support you while you shift and release. Private programs can be offered in a mutually agreed-upon space that will work for your group event. Additional space rental fees are factored in and negotiated as an additional cost on the base cost per person.

Chakradance™ 9-Week Freedom Cycle
Perfect for group gatherings to build community! Nine powerful experiences will help you create profound shifts, empowering your creative freedom. After an intro soulshop, each consecutive week will focus on one of the seven chakra centers, starting with the base chakra, traveling up to the crown. The final integration soulshop will provide you with deep insights into the mandala artworks created in the program, anchoring heightened body, mind, and soul awareness.
Each soulshop is 1.5 - 2 hours in duration.
